These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website, which is operated by Orca Garage Doors (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a garage door repair and installation company serving the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. Use of this website

This site exists to describe our garage door services and to let you reach us by phone or by submitting a service request. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it for automated resale of content, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Information on this site is not a quote

Service descriptions, symptom lists, and general guidance on this site are provided for information only and describe typical residential garage door work. They are not a diagnosis of your door and not a price quote. Pricing depends on the parts, hardware, and labor your specific door requires, and is confirmed with you before work begins.

Service requests and scheduling

Submitting the service request form or contacting us does not by itself create a service agreement. A service appointment is confirmed when we agree on it by phone. Arrival windows and availability depend on technician schedules, parts, weather, and access to the property. You are responsible for providing safe access to the garage and for accurate information about the door and the problem.

Safety

Garage door springs, cables, and drums store significant energy and can cause serious injury or property damage if handled without proper training and tools. Nothing on this site is an instruction to attempt repairs yourself. If your door is off track, has a broken spring, or has a snapped cable, stop using it and call us at (647) 247-4968.

Workmanship and parts

Any warranty coverage on labor and on installed parts is explained to you for your specific job and is stated on your invoice or work order. Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms. Coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized adjustments or repairs by others, or normal wear of consumable components.

The text, layout, graphics, and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Orca Garage Doors and may not be copied or republished without permission. “Orca Garage Doors” and our logo are our marks.

Third-party links and advertising

This site may be reached through advertising platforms and may reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, to access it. This limitation does not restrict any rights you have in connection with garage door services we actually perform for you, which are governed by your work order or invoice and by applicable Ontario and Canadian consumer protection law.
